    I just found your website…WOW, the amount of info here is tremendous.

    Now down to business. I just had my first ocular migraine symptom. It was like a shifting Kaleidoscope as noted by others. I have had some migraine problems mostly minor as compaired to others. It must have been some food that triggered it. I’ll have to pay more attention to my eating habits. Funny thing is that i’m in great shape and almost eat healthy all the time (some snacks now and then) and have no other health problems. Now that i found your site I’ll check in more often.
