    As much as I used to love apples..I realized apples, apple juice, anything apple related would/ does trigger my migraines.
    I hope this information helps someone. I’ve been a migraineur for 26+ years…Still looking for answers.

    on my list of things I cant eat is anything other than white vinegar, so not so sure I would try

    Had a lingering tension headache for 4-5 days no OTC meds were helping. I finally came to the site and I learned about apple cider vinegar & boiling water. I tried this with a towel over my head and the bowl of ACV and inhaled the vapors. The next day my headache had subsided! This indeed works.

    im still searching for help with my migrains I get all of them so when they hit I have to get it gorne fast and to this day I’m still trying everything their is to help even tablets even natural remadies I’m yet to try this but I just hope it wroks. I first got mine when I was 13 and I’m know in my 30s so anything that can help I take on board. I will give this ago and see if helps

      the last one I had I was told to go to hospital that was after the 7th day and I finnaly got some relief in the morning just though I should add this down
