The best advice I can give is to find PCP that has experience in dealing with patients with Migraines/cluster headaches/chronic daily headaches, if the doctor you choose doesn’t understand them it will be hard for you to get not only the right treatment but sympathy for how debilitating they really are, so do your research first. Also, find a good Neurologist that specializes in Migraines (not all of them do), they are good not only for their specialization but will be able to help you navigate the sometimes insurance nightmare if it comes to it. I also recommend a GOOD Chiropractor. Getting a really good adjustment, to your upper back and especially to your neck can almost make you feel brand new and has actually stopped a developing migraine of mine in its tracks.

Remember to relax and if needed find a good massage therapist that does trigger point massage therapy and is certified in it.

Best of luck to everyone and my the New Year bring you Migraine Free 🙂
