		<description>Part of the issue is the chicken-and-the-egg question - do some people gain weight because they have more frequent attacks?  Or do those frequent attacks come because of the extra weight?  Either answer could be important, but as you&#039;ve pointed out it&#039;s never the same with everyone.</description>
