		<description>I have this book as well as the one specifically for headaches and migraines. I started out using a tennis ball to work on my trigger points and later a theracane. I went from 14 migraines the previous  month to a 4! For the first three days of working on my TPs, I had migraines but then they eased off drastically. When I stay on top of my trigger points, I find my other triggers aren&#039;t as likely to cause a migraine. I highly highly recommend trigger point therapy for migraines. I tell everyone. Lol would love to hear from others who have also had some success.</description>
