    I’ve used young living essential oils for my migraines. Thieves by putting it on my thumb and applying it to the roof of my mouth for ten seconds. Wait five minutes if it’s not gone I re apply it. You can also apply peppermint oil to your temples to and forehead and back of your neck. If your stomach is upset Put a drop off of the peppermint oil in your tea. And it will help sooth the nausea from your migraine. And I’ve had these Things for years. They help better then any medicine.
