1% Thursday: Neither hot nor cold
Try taking a warm bath, not a hot bath.
This is in the category of many things that cause a sudden change to the body, and so trigger a migraine attack. Yes, hopping in a hot bath will start the migraine chain-reaction in some people.
If you’re used to taking hot baths, try cooling things a little. Have a warm bath instead.
But whatever you decide to do – please, take a bath (or a shower). Thanks.
What is 1% Thursday?
Every Thursday at Headache and Migraine News (weather permitting) we’ll talk about one measurable, practical thing we can do to make our lives just 1% better. Usually it will be something very easy, sometimes it will be a challenge. Let us know if you try it, or share an idea of your own – and maybe a year from now we’ll see that things have really changed for the better!

Warm bath + Epsom salts (magnesium sulphate) has helped me.

A lot of people like that one. (Too bad I don’t have a bath tub!)
