This simple yet powerful video was the winner of the 2nd Migraine Moment Short Film competition at the American Migraine Foundation. Every once in a while it’s worth our time to pause and think about the message you’ll see here.

The film was created by Eliza Glass and starred Julie Fenton-Glass.
