Legs Restless? Common with Migraine.

Legs restless?  Especially in the evening or when you’re trying to sleep?
This is common in men, women and children with migraine.

What can I do??

¤ Treat migraine (RLS may then disappear)
¤ Be cautious of meds with caffeine
¤ Try baths and massages
¤ Cut back on alcohol/tobacco
¤ Exercise regularly
¤ Relax before bedtime
