If you have allergies be careful. Feverfew gave me an allergy attack like I hadn’t had in years.

Fewerfew gave me one of the worst headaches I ever had, for 3 days, after only 9 days of taking it. I wouldn’t recomend it.

yes, christina, feverfew, as well as butterbur are both herbs, from the same family as ragweed … doctors, articles, etc, are really great at recommending these things, but failing to mention such contraindications. So, if you suffer from hayfever, do not try feverfew (or butterbur). 🙂

Tried it long time ago, didn’t work. For me the most important thing to deal with migraine has been identifying the main triggers by using a diary and researching what has definitely been identified as real triggers, then avoiding them, with me it’s the muscles in my face and strong odours, so I work on keeping the muscles relaxed and try to avoid strong odours, when I do this my migraine profile is reduced. The muscle relaxing is hard work, sorry but there is no easy way with migraine and the moment you forget and begin to believe your never going to get one again – you get one.
