    I’ve found total relief by taking Curcumin Advanced twice a day with Magnesium. I’ve suffered for 30 years and have been migraine free for 6 months. I’ve tried everything except Botox. I’ve reduced the inflammation throughout my whole body. I don’t take anything else, not even Panadol.

    I have been taking OmegaVia-3 Pharmaceutical grade Omega 3 for about a year now. After 2 months of taking it, I was no longer having chronic daily migraines. I also take B2, magnesium, Ubiquinol, MSM, baby aspirin, Alpha lipoic acid in standard doses on a daily basis. Over the years, I had tried almost everything from triptans (they work well for me to abort a migraine) to botox, to beta-blockers, calcium channel blockers, acupuncture, various diets & food type eliminations, chiropractic treatment, reiki, biofeedback, massage–many types of medications and alternative medicine– with varying degrees of temporary relief—none of these things worked in the long run for migraine prevention, except the regime I’m doing now.
